How far in advance can I make a reservation?


    Reservations may be placed up to six months in advance.


What do I need to bring with me?


    You need only arrive with your clothes, personal toiletries and any specialty food and beverage items. Our vacation home is supplied with bed and bath linens. We also provide a start-up supply of products such as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and dish detergent, however you may need to purchase additional amounts during longer stays. Each bathroom is supplied with liquid hand soap.

I-10 east, I-15 north to Devore. Continue on 1-15 north and exit onto U.S. HWY 395 to Victorville, continue north to Bishop, then northwest on U.S. HWY 395 past Mono Lake to the Nevada state border-- just past Topaz, California. Continue 27 miles to Gardnerville, Nevada and take HWY 56 south to Centerville, HWY 56 west to SR 206 north, Kingsbury Grade

(SR 207) west to Stateline. Take U.S. HW 50 south to South Lake Tahoe.

By Plane:  Frequent commercial service by most major and regional carriers to Reno-Tahoe International Airport. You can rent a car there.


How do I check-in?


    A few days before your trip, once the complete payment is processed,  an entry access code will be provided to you. Check-in time is after 3 pm on date of arrival. Check-out time is 11 am on date of departure.



If there is a problem while I am there -- what should I do?


    Contact information is provided in your pre-arrival instructions. Please let us know of any problems immediately, your feedback is valuable.



I want to know what to expect when I leave -- is there a check-out process?


    There are clear instructions for the check-out policies prior to departure. At the end of your stay, your security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage, within three weeks of departure.



I want to protect against cancellation penalties -- how are refunds handled?


    If you want the most protection, travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip. Your rental agreement or lease clearly communicates any penalties associated with canceling your contract under its cancellation policy, as well as the process of refunding any part of your payment. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted.


What is your cancellation policy?


Low-Season:

If reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date all funds collected are forfeited.

If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 14 days, prior to stay, an amount equal to 50% of rent and a $75 cancellation fee is charged.

If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to stay then a $75 cancellation fee is charged.


Peak-Season:

If reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date all funds collected are forfeited.

If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days, but more than 30 days, prior to stay, an amount equal to 50% of rent and a $75 cancellation fee is charged.

If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to stay then a $75 cancellation fee is charged.
